Apprentice: Primary function is to learn systems and processes to properly pass Level 1 Benchmarks and become Beginner Installers. Apprentice Tech must remain at hire rate and within Level 1 parameters for a minimum of 90 days.
- New Hire will be considered Apprentice until they have passed their 90 day probationary period.
- Post 90 Day probationary period, employee will be measured by Trainer/Manager on proficiency of (3) benchmarks (Efficiency, Quality, & Proficiency) for all 3 installer disciplines: Installer must reach at least Level 1B (Beginner Installer in 2 Install Disciplines) in order to have passed the probationary period and moved to an employee in good standing with the company. Employee may be released if Level 1B is not reached at 90 days.
- Post 90 day probationary period the employee will become eligible for company benefits including PTO
- New Installers will not be considered proficient installers (as far as suring up scheduling time goes) until they pass stage 1.
- New Installers have the ability to test out at a Level 2 or Level 3 Installer at their 90 day review.
