It has been an honor for Absolute Perfection to play a small role in Andrew’s incredible story. At the age of 19, Andrew was diagnosed with a rare form of kidney cancer, HLRCC. Shortly afterward, with the support of his family, friends, the researchers at National Institutes of Health (NIH), and his personal drive and positive attitude, Andrew founded Driven to Cure.
Driven to Cure is a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals like Andrew who are battling with kidney cancer, a disease which affects over 30,000 Americans every year. Their goal is to raise awareness and research funds to develop a cure.
Andrew is passionate about cars, and shortly after his diagnosis he found himself behind the wheel of a Nissan GTR, his dream car. He has used this car to pursue not only his hobby but to help spread awareness for his cause. The GTR is the eye-catching billboard for Driven to Cure that Andrew will be taking to car shows and meetups around the United States.
However, as a show car, the GTR would need to travel between states and cities in a trailer in order to keep it looking great. This is where we came in.
Absolute Perfection provided a custom vinyl wrap for Andrew’s Driven to Cure trailer. It will help promote the Driven to Cure mission when transporting the GTR around the country.
